Gastronomy is our most ‘companionable’ ingredient, dedicated to help us be social, have deep conversations and -of course- taste delicious cuisine. The ancient Greek word for eating together is ‘estíasi̱ (from ‘estía’), which is a quite sacred word for Greek people. Estía means home or fireplace, and estíasi̱ can have different meanings, such as ‘offering food to a visitor or nourishment to a friend’, ‘focusing’, ‘banquet’ or ‘wassail’.

Gastronomy is a festive chance to celebrate all our senses and to meet new cultures and diversity through their tastes and their recipes, retreating into ourselves with mindful eating. We are looking forward to giving you various tips on how and where you can enjoy memorable gastronomical experiences depending on the region and the season, as well as your diet and your mood.
